Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of goddessseedco.com (the “Site”) and any products you purchase from Goddess Seed Co. (“Goddess Seed Co.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

1. Age Requirement — 21+

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site, view its contents, or purchase any product. By using the Site or completing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access if we have reason to believe a visitor or buyer is under the age of 21.

2. Nature of Products — Souvenirs and Collectibles

All items sold on this Site are sold as souvenirs, collectibles, and novelty items for artistic, educational, and preservation purposes only. They may not have functional use unless explicitly stated. They are not sold for cultivation or any other functional use except where explicitly permitted by your local law.

Goddess Seed Co. does not encourage, condone, or take responsibility for any activity that is illegal in the buyer’s jurisdiction. We do not sell operational or utilitarian items.

3. Buyer Responsibility — Local Law

Cannabis seeds may not be legal to germinate or possess in your country, state, province, or municipality. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that doing so is legal in your jurisdiction and assume full responsibility for your purchase, possession, and any subsequent use.

4. Order Acceptance, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by automated systems, that violate these Terms, that we believe are fraudulent, or that we suspect involve a buyer under the age of 21.

Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that any payment information you provide is true, accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship the same or next day depending on when your order is placed. Tracking is included with every order. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times and delivery are subject to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or delivery to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. See our Shipping policy above for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once your order ships. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, late delivery, or seizure by authorities in jurisdictions where these products are not legal.

If your order arrives damaged or your seeds do not germinate under our germination guarantee, contact us within a reasonable time of receipt and we will work with you to make it right. See our Returns policy above for details.

8. Germination Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our seeds and offer a germination guarantee, subject to reasonable germination practices. If you experience an issue, contact us promptly with the details and we will work in good faith to resolve the matter.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product artwork, the goddess emblem, photography, and the underlying code — is the property of Goddess Seed Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of the content without our prior express written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes any third party’s rights, or interferes with the operation or security of the Site. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: misrepresenting your age, attempting to defraud us or any other party, scraping or automated access without our consent, attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or transmitting any virus or malicious code.

11. Account Terms

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

12. Third-Party Services

The Site is powered in part by third-party services (including, without limitation, Shopify and our payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for our germination guarantee and any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goddess Seed Co., its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, our products, or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goddess Seed Co. and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your purchase or use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goddess Seed Co. with respect to your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
